By paying the advance payment and confirming "I agree" over WhatsApp with your FLN-ID, these terms apply to your project.
1. About Flinova
Flinova is a web design and digital setup service operated by Sneha, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We build complete online systems for home-based and small businesses.

2. What Flinova Delivers
Every Flinova project includes the following — no more, no less unless agreed in writing:
- Custom business website (mobile-first, SEO-optimised)
- Google Business Profile setup and optimisation
- WhatsApp ordering system
- Real-time business dashboard
- 3 professional business email addresses
- Domain registration (up to ₹800)
- 1 year hosting and SSL certificate
- 2 revision rounds post-delivery
- 90-day growth roadmap
What is NOT included
- Mobile app development
- Online payment gateway integration (Razorpay/Paytm)
- Social media management or content creation
- Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Ongoing content updates after 30 days of delivery
- Custom integrations beyond the standard system
3. Payment Terms
The standard package is ₹15,000 (Indian Rupees) — one-time payment. No monthly fees in Year 1.
Payment Schedule
- 50% advance (₹7,500) — due before work begins
- 50% final payment (₹7,500) — due before website handover
When Work Begins
Flinova starts work only after both advance payment is confirmed AND the completed intake form is submitted. The 48–62 hour delivery timeline starts from this point.
If the intake form is not submitted within 7 days of advance payment, the project is placed on hold. Reactivation requires a ₹500 fee.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 48–62 hours from advance payment AND completed intake form
- Domain propagation: 24 hours of the timeline is DNS propagation — automatic and outside Flinova's control
- Client delays: If intake form or content is delayed, the delivery timeline adjusts accordingly
5. Revisions
- 2 revision rounds included within 30 days of delivery
- A "revision" means changes to existing content, text, colours, or layout
- New pages or complete redesigns are new projects and quoted separately
- Additional revision rounds: ₹500 per round
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information in the intake form
- Share at least 8–10 product photos via Google Drive within 3 days of paying advance
- Respond to review requests and revision feedback within 5 working days
- Not modify Google Sheet column names or delete sheet tabs without guidance from Flinova
7. Ownership
You own everything. After final payment, all deliverables belong to you completely.
- Domain: Registered in your name. Belongs to you entirely.
- Website files: Belong to you after final payment.
- Google Sheet and business data: Lives in your Google account. Flinova has no access after handover.
Flinova retains the right to use your project as a portfolio or demo example unless you specifically request otherwise.
8. Annual Renewal
- From Year 2: ₹4,000/year covers hosting, SSL, and maintenance
- Renewal reminder sent 30 days before the due date via WhatsApp
- If not renewed within 15 days, website goes offline
- Reactivation after lapse: ₹1,000 fee in addition to renewal
9. Limitation of Liability
Flinova is not responsible for: loss of business or revenue during website downtime; Google Business Profile suspension; loss of data due to client action; or delays caused by third-party services (Hostinger, Google, WhatsApp). Flinova's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
