Our goal is that you love what we build. If something isn't right, we fix it. Refunds exist as a last resort — here's exactly how they work.
✅ Scenario 1 — Flinova doesn't start work within 7 days
→ Full refund of advance. Processed within 5 working days.
❌ Scenario 2 — You change your mind before delivery
→ No refund. Domain and initial work costs cannot be recovered.
⚠️ Scenario 3 — Unhappy after delivery, after 2 revision rounds
→ 50% of final payment (₹3,750) refunded. Advance is not refunded. Processed within 7 working days.
❌ Scenario 4 — After 30 days of delivery
→ No refund. Changes after 30 days are billed at standard revision rates.
✅ Scenario 5 — Significant technical failure from Flinova, not fixed within 7 days
→ Full refund of final payment. Advance not refunded as domain is already registered.
Before any refund, Flinova will always: understand what's not meeting your expectations, offer the 2 included revision rounds to fix issues, and schedule a call to review and align.
Domain registration fees (up to ₹800) are non-refundable in all cases — even if the advance is refunded, domain cost is deducted. The domain belongs to you regardless.
The ₹1,000 cashback (for following @flinova.in on Instagram and leaving a Google review) is separate from the refund policy and cannot be claimed after a refund is issued.
Annual renewal payments (₹4,000/year from Year 2) are non-refundable once the renewal period has started.
